After marriage, the risk of sexually transmitted diseases increases in women. Therefore, if you are married you should make a routine check-up once a year, even if there is no problem because such an infection has adverse effects on the health and reproductive capacity of the woman.
Special Caution: To avoid the health problems related to sexual infections, the most important thing is that in the marriage, the husband and wife must maintain complete loyalty to each other and not have sex before marriage.
Most women in India become victims of anemia, that is, anemia. Feeling unnecessary fatigue and weakness, dark circles, nails, and whiteness in the eyes under the eyes are its main characteristics. Therefore, women should make CBC (Complete blood count) test once a year.
Special Caution: Women should take special care of their catering. They should include iron items such as spinach, carrot, beetroot, apple, banana, date, and jaggery etc. in their daily dining. If you have a history of osteoporosis in your family, your weight is more than usual and since you have been hunting for the wrong habits of the food, you can easily become a victim of osteoporosis. After menopause, most women have pain problems in bones, joints, and muscles. Therefore, after menopause, you must definitely carry a Bone Density test from your doctor.
Special caution: If you have such a problem then you should start consuming milk, eggs, and fruits immediately to increase the amount of calcium in your body. After every 30 years, every woman needs 1,000 to 1200 milligrams of calcium per day. If it does not meet the daily diet, then take different calcium and vitamin D supplements on doctor’s advice. Regular exercise for bone and muscle strength is also beneficial.
Due to stressful lifestyles, most of the women today become victims of hypertension (High blood pressure). After reaching the state of menopause, its apprehension doubles. If you have such a problem then you should regularly check your blood pressure.
Special caution: If you are overweight, have a history of high BPP in the family or use more salt in the food, then in this situation, the risk of high blood pressure increases. If this is the case with you, keep regular blood pressure check and follow the instructions given by the doctor.
The amount of bad cholesterol LDL in the blood becomes harmful for health. So you should definitely check for cholesterol once a year.
Special Caution: Genetics is the main reason. So if your parents also have such problem, then after the age of 30, you should consume a lesser amount of fried things, meat, and dry fruit in a limited amount. Apart from this, regular exercise also controls cholesterol.
If you have high weight, if you have high BP or before anybody in the family has had a problem with diabetes then you should be particularly cautious. In this situation, after the age of 30, make sure to check the sugar once a year.
Special Caution: If you are planning for a child, then you should take care that the level of glucose in your blood is normal during pregnancy. Otherwise, the child may also have diabetes problems from birth.
